Amazon.com Return Policy:

Type of Return

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging in sellable condition.
All claims for returns must be filed through the Amazon Returns Center.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs- this is processed in the Amazon Returns Center.
Customers can print return shipping labels through the Amazon Returns Center.
Any return not filed through the Amazon Returns Center will not be processed.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), it will be inspected and if deemed re-sellable a refund will be issued for all acceptable product.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Send us a detailed description of the damages.
Please include a photo of the product in the email if possible.
Do not destroy or throw away any product- even broken product unless given instructions to do so.
In most cases- we will require you to send the product back to us.
If the item(s) must be sent back to Metropolitan Mosaics it must be in the condition it was received in.
We will reimburse you for the amount of the return shipping costs upon receipt of the product(s) and we will reship replacement product to you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Please explain in detail what product you ordered and what product you received.
Please include the name of the product written on the package(s) received.
We do request a photo of the product received in your email as well.
Once we confirm the mis-ship we will arrange UPS to come pick up the product.
Since the return of the item(s) is a result of our error, Metropolitan Mosaics will pay for the return and re-shipping costs.
Once the returned mis-shipped product is received back by us- we will reship the correct item to you.
